Appointment Only for Title Transactions after 4:00 pm

Please be advised that the Fremont County Motor Vehicle Division will be transitioning to appointment only for any title transactions after 4:00 pm starting on Monday, August 19, 2024. All registration transactions will still be handled on a walk-in basis until 5:00 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience. This is necessary to allow our clerks to start the process of closing out and balancing each of their tills.

Motor Vehicle Closing Early

The Motor Vehicle Division will be closing at 2:30pm on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 for training.

County Liquor Licenses

Unincorporated Areas Only

The Clerk & Recorder is responsible for processing all liquor license applications for the establishments located in unincorporated Fremont County. The Clerk to the Board reviews and processes liquor license applications that will be considered for approval by the Board of County Commissioners, sitting as the Local Licensing Authority.
