BOCC LogoIn accordance with the state constitution, the Clerk and Recorder is responsible for all official actions and minutes of the Board of County Commissioners. As the custodian of these records, the County Clerk maintains official documentation of the Board of County Commissioners' activities, including minutes from regular, special, and emergency meetings, as well as resolutions and ordinances.

All official records are accessible at https://fremontcountyco-web.tylerhost.net/web/.

Other records, such as county budgets, warrants, expenditures, Board of Equalization meetings, and financial reports, are maintained by the Fremont County Administration Office.

By law, the Clerk's Office cannot conduct searches; if you need professional searching services, you will need to contact a title and/or abstract company (30-10-101)(2.5)(C).

Please note- The Clerk and Recorder does not and cannot provide forms; please visit any office supply store for any forms you may need.
